  • Chain of Custody: For all Drug and Alcohol (D&A) testing, we strictly adhere to legally defensible 'Chain of Custody' protocols. This ensures that every sample is collected, transported, and analysed under secure conditions, preventing tampering or cross-contamination.

  • Laboratory Standards: We exclusively utilise UKAS-accredited laboratories (accredited to ISO 17025) for all laboratory confirmation analysis.

  • Calibration Excellence: All breathalyzers and medical screening equipment are calibrated annually by certified third-party laboratories. Calibration certificates are maintained on file and are available for client audit upon request.

  • Reporting Integrity: Our results are reviewed by clinically competent personnel to ensure that all reports issued to clients are accurate, clear, and compliant with industry-specific reporting thresholds (e.g., Network Rail NR/L2/OHS/0012).
